Complex nose with exotic spices, muscat, candied figs, caramelised Mediterranean fruit and medicinal herbs. Pomaceous fruit in syrup on the palate, sark caramel, muscat, some cardamom and sage, very light nutty traces and some nougat, creamy and sweet, moderate acidity, has some substance, mineral notes, notes of dried herbs typical of the variety, very good finish.
