Translate to English Kühler, recht fester, geschliffener Duft nach teils eingemachten Kirschen und überwiegend dunklen Beeren mit herben nussigen, pfeffrigen, zart getrocknet-floralen und an Suppenkräuter erinnernden Noten. Auch im Mund recht fest, herb-saftige und relativ kühl wirkende Frucht mit kandiert-nussigen und ein wenig schokoladigen Tönen, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch ganz leicht trocknendes Tannin, ledrig und erdig im Hintergrund, zarter Säurebiss, etwas Zeder und Tabak, angedeutet Eukalyptus, sehr guter Abgang mit Biss und etwas angebranntem Holz.
