Translate to English Relativ kühler, nussiger, zart gelb-gewürziger und noch etwas hefiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen, pflanzlichen und hellen holzwürzigen Noten. Klare, feste, herb-saftige Frucht mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen, leicht weiß-pfeffrigen und hellen, mandelig-nussigen Holzaromen, lebendige, sehr feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, moderater Gerbstoff, salzige Töne im Hintergrund, noch sehr jung, gewisse Tiefe, gewinnt mit Luft an Saft, hat Schliff, sehr guter, herber Abgang. Muss ein wenig reifen.
