, It was founded in 1980 by the three brothers (Hermanos) Adolfo, Benjamín and Manuel Pérez Pascuas. The responsible oenologist is Benjamín's eldest son José Manuel. The vineyards cover 135 hectares of vines on limestone-clay soils at an altitude of 800 meters. They are planted 90% with Tinta del País (Tempranillo) and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are preferably aged in American barriques for 14 to 28 months. They are mostly marketed under the brand names "Cepa Gavilán", "Finca la Navilla" and "Viña Pedrosa" Crianza Quality
generated. The flagship of the house is the "Viña Pedrosa Gran Selección Gran Reserva" from the seven hectare Pago Valtarrena with over 50-year-old vines. Around half a million bottles of wine are produced annually.
