, It was founded in 1980 by the three brothers (Hermanos) Adolfo, Benjamín and Manuel Pérez Pascuas. Responsible oenologist is Benjamín's eldest son José Manuel. The vineyards cover 135 hectares of vineyards on limestone-clay soil at 800 meters above sea level. They are 90% of Tinta del País (Tempranillo) and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon planted. The wines are preferably aged in American oak barrels for 14 to 28 months. They are under the brand names "Cepa Gavilán", "Finca la Navilla" and "Viña Pedrosa" in most cases Crianza Quality
generated. The flagship of the house is the "Viña Pedrosa Gran Selección Gran Reserva" from the seven-hectare Pago Valtarrena with over 50-year-old vines. Every year around half a million bottles of wine are produced.
