Translate to English Etwas holzwürziger und speckiger, auch leicht getrocknet-vegetabiler Duft nach schwarzen Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit kräuterigen Anklängen, Steinpilzen, Roter Bete und fleischigen sowie mineralischen Tönen. Klare, reife, dabei überraschend kühle und herbe dunkle Frucht, leicht rauchige Holznoten, erdig im Hintergrund, feinsandiges Tannin, nachhaltig, fester Bau, ein wenig Trockenkräuter und ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, gute Tiefe, hat Schliff und gewisse Eleganz, ein Hauch Bitterschokolade und Tabak im Hintergrund, wieder sehr deutlich Steinpilze, sehr guter bis langer, feinsaftiger und wieder mineralischer Abgang mit moderater, rauchiger Holzwürze.
