Klare, feinsaftige, kühle Frucht, frische pflanzliche bis kräuterige Noten und ein wenig Salz, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, angedeutet Gummi, recht lebendige Säure, kreidige und salzige Spuren, recht guter Abgang.
