2016 D.O. Rías Baixas Albariño Deusa Nai, Galicia, Spain

Vegetal and light earthy notes on the nose, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit. Restrained tart fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, fresh herbs and salty traces, elegant, fairly lively acidity, fairly persistent, has some grip, hint of bacon in the background, light nutty traces, still very slightly astringent on a good finish.
