Translate to English Säuerlicher, etwas vegetabiler und leicht animalischer Duft nach Sauerkirschen und gemischten Beeren mit altholzigen und erdigen sowie leicht oxidativen Noten. Leicht säuerliche, dabei saftige Frucht auch im Mund, etwas schokoladige Holzwürze, auch kräuterige Noten, feinsandiges, weitgehend mürbes Tannin, im Hintergrund eine Spur Kaffee, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit, wiederum oxidative Spuren, kompakter Bau, ein wenig Gummi, Malz und Liebstöckel, gewinnt mit Luft noch an Saftigkeit und Biss, sehr guter Abgang.
