Translate to English Säuerliche, erst ein wenig ein wenig krautig-reduktive, mit Luft deutlich klarere Nase nach schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit ganz leicht aschigen Tönen und getrocknet-pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Nuancen. Klare, geschliffene, recht saftige Frucht, relativ kühler Stil, etwas nussiges Holz am Gaumen, wieder kräuterig-pflanzliche Nuancen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr feines, jugendliches Tannin, gewisser Säurebiss, sehr guter, saftiger und leicht schokoladiger Abgang mit viel Salbei. Braucht Zeit.
