2010 Soave Classico DOC Tufaie, Veneto, Italy

Slightly dissolute nose with light cheesy notes, vegetal nad nutty notes, light notes of pomaceous fruit and lemon. Mature, slightly sweetish and creamy fruit on the palate, vegetal and nutty notes, integrated acidity, very light tannic touch, not particularly deep, slightly noticeable alcohol, dissolute finish with a touch of bacon.
