Astringent, planty and earthy to mineral, also a hint of yeasty citrus pome fruit scent. Clear, finely juicy fruit in the mouth, tart vegetable and nutty-yeasty aromas, very fine, quite lively acidity, lasting on the palate, fine bite, clear minerality, very good, again tart finish.
