Cool, fine, somewhat planty to herbaceous citrus scent with apple-like aromas, delicately yeasty and also mineral notes. Clear, polished, finely juicy fruit, delicately herbal spice, very fine acidity, certain persistence on the palate, yeasty nuances, some grip, quite elegant style, delicate, sweetish melt, gains juice and tension with air, good to very good, fine juicy and slightly planty-spicy finish.
