Translate to English Pflanzliche und erdige Nase mit ein wenig Pilzen und verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen sowie zart floralen Tönen. Schlanke, herbe Frucht, pflanzliche bis kräuterige, leicht hefige und erdige Noten, sehr feine Säure, eine Spur Salz, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher bis guter, zart nussiger und wieder erdiger Abgang.
