2005 Beaune Premier Cru AOC Beaune du Château, Burgundy, France

Partly dried and partly preserved red berries and a hint of black berries on the nose, mineral notes and delicate spice. Clear, cool style, elegant and juicy, extremely fine tannins, delicate herbaceous and also mineral notes, good persistence and has a light bite, very harmonious, fairly deep, refreshing, good finish.
