Firm, clearly nutty and yeasty aroma of partly dried stone fruit with brioche notes, a hint of butter as well as slightly herbal and dried floral aromas. Ripe, sweetly juicy, partly candied fruit with very fine, almost creamy mousseux, nutty and floral traces, a little red berries and chalky mineral hints, good substance and persistence, delicate grip, certain depth, very good, firm, juicy and again very slightly sweet finish with fine grip
