Translate to English Recht feste, deutlich hefige Nase mit feinen, hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Briochenoten sowie kräuterig-pflanzlichen und nussigen Anklängen. Klare, herb-saftige Frucht mit deutlich hefigen und ganz leicht pfeffrigen Noten, sehr feines Mousseux, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, feiner Griff, gewisse Tiefe, ganz trockener Stil, ausgezeichnete Balance, sehr guter, fester, saftiger Abgang mit feinen Hefearomen und wieder einem Hauch Pfeffer. Sehr erfreulich.
