Yeasty, nutty and slightly vegetable pome fruit scent with herbal and floral notes and a certain minerality in the background. Pure, light, juicy fruit, yeasty aromas and moderate, somewhat nutty wood spice, very fine mousseux, floral and vegetable to herbal nuances, good depth, intensive minerality, fine touch and bite, multi-layered, a hint of honey and also red-berry nuances in the background, still rather young looking, very good, tight, quite smooth finish with cool juice and clear minerality
