A scent reminiscent of Provence herbs with quite fine aromas of pome fruit, moderate yeast tones and light mineral notes. Clear, cool, tangy, finely juicy fruit, vegetable, yeasty and a little almond tones, good persistence, has grip, light minerality in the background, very good, handy, tangy-juicy and mineral finish with yeast aromas and grip
