Cool, fine yeasty pome fruit nose with floral notes and mineral hints. Clear, polished, light fruit with distinctly yeasty and somewhat nutty aromas, very fine mousseux, good persistence, very delicate chocolaty nuances in the background, herbal traces, good to very good finish
