2015 PGI Thracian Valley Syrah trocken Sans Barrique, Oberthrakische Tiefebene, Bulgaria

Very slightly open, somewhat green-vegetal to herbaceous, also slightly peppery scent of black berries and cherries with a little Provence herbs. Quite juicy fruit with spicy, herbaceous and slightly nutty and woody aromas, some cocoa and coffee, good substance and persistence, slightly creamy, medium-fine tannins, some dried peppers and tomatoes in the background, good, slightly bitter, woody finish.
