2003 Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Cumot, Piedmont, Italy

Inviting nose with light floral notes, preserved red berries, autumn leaves. Soft red fruit, fine tannins with good presence, vanilla and roasted notes in the background, more floral notes, some licorice, not particularly deep, fairly warm style, attractive but slightly astringent finish.
