2003 Torgiano Rosso Riserva DOCG Santa Caterina, Umbria, Italy

Preserved and partly dried mixed berries on the nose, cherries and plums, sweetish roasted notes. Quite prominent roasted notes on the üalate, some coffee, astringent oak tannins, hidden fruit, medium substance amd persistence, not particularly deep, prominent roasted oak, slightly astringent, on the finish, but also some fruity notes. Becomes a little more charming wit haeration, but remains dominated by oak.
