2018 Riesling trocken N°1, Rheingau, Germany

Fairly cool, light yellow fruit nose with vegetal, floral and delicate mineral notes. Fairly tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, integrated acidity, slightly rough and bitter tannic touch, floral traces, some mineral notes in the background, a little rough and bitter on a good finish as well.
