2016 Chianti DOCG Podere della Filandra, Tuscany, Italy

Slightly sharpening, clearly vegetal scent of cherries and mixed berries with earthy notes. Tart fruit with earthy, nutty and planty to herbal notes, slightly nutty and also yeasty, present, fine sandy tannin, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones in the background, a hint of cocoa and tobacco, good, tart, still slightly restless finish.
