Translate to English Zurückhaltender Duft nach mürbem Apfel mit nussigen und heuartigen Tönen. Etwas glatte, schmelzige und süßliche Frucht mit heuartig-pflanzlichen Noten, sehr feine Säure, hat Schliff und gewisse Kraft, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, im Hintergrund ein wenig kalkig wirkende Mineralik, noch jung, auch im ansonsten sehr guten Abgang leider unnötig süß.
