Firm, fairly cool nose, light yeasty notes, citrus and stone fruit, herbaceous and floral traces, light mineral notes. Restrained fruit on the palate, yeasty, light earthy and vegetal notes, fairly prominent acidity, light tannic touch, fairly persistent, prominent salty mineral notes, some grip, still vfery slightly rough, largely undeveloped, prominent bite on a good to very good tart finish.
