Tart nose, vegetal and light earthy notes, very restrained yellow fruit aromas, light yeasty notes, hint of mushrooms. Bone dry, again restrained fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and light vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, very elegant acidity, light tannic grip, chalky and salty mineral notes, good persistence, still very slightly muted, peppery traces, some depth, still very young, firm, tart, grippy finish.
