Astringent, firm and rather cool, somewhat vegetal fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, floral traces, a hint of pepper and clear minerality. Ripe, quite juicy, here rather warm fruit, yeasty, a little bit vegetable and peppery spicy notes, lively acidity and a lot of touch of crumbly tannin, hinted black garlic, at first still reductive and a little sulphurous, but opens on aeration, good depth, a lot of power, completely undeveloped, very good, firm, juicy and vegetable-spicy finish with clear strawberry tones.
