2004 Franciacorta DOCG Cuvée "Annamaria Clementi" (Deg.:Primavera 2011), Lombardy, Italy

Elegant, complex nose, yeasty abd butty notes, ripe pomaceous fruit, partly candied citrus fruit in the background, herbaceous and light oxidative notes. Firm and juicy on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, quite complex, very fine, slightly creamy mousse, persistent, delicate hint of bread, mineral notes in the background, complex herbaceous aromas, good depth, very well balanced, very good long finish.
