2006 Franciacorta DOCG Dosage zero (Deg.: 2010), Lombardy, Italy

Very firm, even gripping on the nose, citrus fruit and apples, prominent yeasty notes, herbaceous notes, also appears fairly open. Fairly firm and gripping again on the palate, bone dry fruit, herbaceous notes, fairly creamy, hint of nutty oak, fine, lively and refreshing mousse, good grip and fairly persistent, very good finish.
