Fairly deep and mature nose, berry fruit, herbaceous with some delicate spice, earthy notes, chocolate and some licorice. Firm berry fruit and some dried prunes on the palate, dark chocolate, light acid bite, persistent and fairly lively, integrated, medium, slightly astringent tannins, has backbone and substance, good contours, racy and has some depth, elegant and juicy, herbaceous and light mineral traces on a very good finish.
