Yellow spice and some dried flowers on the nose, mature pomaceous fruit, nutty and chalky as well as light musty notes. Ripe, partly dried primarily pomaceous fruit on the palate, fairly juicy, delicate bite, integrated tannins, hint of tobacco, more chalky notes, persistent, yellow spice, herbaceous and salty notes, hint of mushrooms, some depth, good grip, more herbs and yellow spice on a very good juicy, salty finish.
