Translate to English Getrocknet-pflanzlicher, erdiger, ein wenig holziger und zart speckiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, floralen Nuancen und ein wenig gelber Würze. Reife, saftige und schmelzige, etwas warme Frucht, hefige, nussige und getrocknet-florale Aromen, zart pilzig und vegetabil am Gaumen, eine Spur Honig, viel Kraft, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig, gute Tiefe, karamellige Spuren, deutliche Mineralik, recht komplex, sehr guter Abgang mit warmem Saft, Würze und bei aller Kraft auch Biss.
