Partly candied citrus fruit and some pomaceous fruit on the nose, vegetal notes of celery and artichokes, spicy vegetal and light earthy notes. Clear, fairly cool fruit on the palate, prominent spicy vegetal notes, fairly lively, elegant acidity, not totally dry, slightly creamy, but also has an elegant acid bite, light mineral traces in the background, medium body, starting to show signs of maturity, some light tannins and oaky traces on a good to very good finish.
