Feinsaftige, helle, kühle Frucht, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, zarte nussige und kräuterig-pflanzliche Aromen, nachhaltig am Gaumen, eleganter Stil, leichtfüßig, zugleich aber mit Spannung, vegetabile Nuancen, angedeutete Holznuancen, kreidige Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, herber Abgang mit Zug. Eine Freude.
