Translate to English Gelb-gewürzige und etwas rauchige Nase nach kandierten und getrockneten gelben Früchten mit gelb-gewürzigen und ganz leicht vegetabilen Aromen. Reife, kandiert und angetrocknet wirkende, sehr süße Frucht mit viel Milchkaramell, mandelig-nussigen Aromen und wieder auch gelber Würze, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig und etwas griffig am Gaumen, gewisse Wärme, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, süßer, karamelliger Abgang mit rauchig-speckigen Nuancen.
