Translate to English Recht fester, kräuterig-pflanzlicher, mineralischer und ein wenig gelb-gewürziger Duft mit speckigen und gelbfruchtigen Noten. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, leicht schmelzig, frische vegetabile und leicht hefige Töne, sehr feine Säure, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, ins Kreidige gehende mineralische Töne am Gaumen, noch jung, wieder zart speckig im Hintergrund, fester Bau, sehr guter Abgang mit herbem Saft und Mineralik.
