Translate to English Etwas getrocknet-floraler und -pflanzlicher Kernobstduft mit feinen zitronigen und erdigen bis mineralischen Noten sowie einem Hauch Estragon. Klare, feinsaftige, recht geschliffene Frucht mit lebendiger, feiner Säure und verhaltenem, mürbem Gerbstoff, zart pflanzliche, florale und hefige Aromen am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, recht deutliche Mineralik, zarter Schmelz, nussige Anklänge, eher kühler Stil, sehr guter, wenn auch noch eine Spur gedeckter Abgang, wieder mit ziemlich feinen Zitrusaromen. Gibt spätestens im kommenden Frühjahr einen großartigen Fisch-Begleiter ab.
