Translate to English Fester und eher kühler, geschliffener, kräuterig-vegetabiler und ein wenig hell-floraler Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Saftige und relativ kräftig im Mund, dabei trocken, geschliffen und wieder erstaunlich kühl, zarte gelbe Früchte, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und etwas Griff von mürben Gerbstoffen, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, deutliche Mineralik, nussige Aromen im Hintergrund, ausgezeichnete Substanz, vielschichtig, sehr guter, saftiger und würziger Abgang.
