Very slightly open, nutty, herbaceous and spicy nose, pomaceous fruit, some ripe citrus fruits, yeasty, slightly oaky, tobacco and buttery notes, slightly smoky mineral notes. Ripe, creamy and slightly warm fruit on the palate, with buttery, caramel notes, light nutty notes and lively acidity, persistent and quite full-bodied, salty mineral notes, some herbs and dried flowers, spicy in the background, firm structure, good depth, very good finish slightly hotter and creamier on the palate, slightly off-white and spicy yellow on the finish, touch and salty mineral notes.
