Translate to English Kühler, eine Hauch angetrocknet-fleischiger und erdiger Duft mit herben Aromen dunkler Beeren, etwas Kirschen, getrocknet-pflanzlichen Noten und einer Spur Pfeffer. Kühle, säuerliche, auch nicht ganz trocken wirkende Frucht mit frischen pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Noten, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ganz zart speckig, lebendige, feine Perlage, mürber Gerbstoff und merklicher Säurebiss, deutliche Zitrustöne, guter bis sehr guter, straffer Abgang.
