Lambrusco Salamino di S. Croce DOC amabile, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Tart, slightly dried vegetal and earthy scent with slightly acidic cherry and berry tones. Sweet and sour, cool, fairly fresh fruit, vegetal and herbaceous nuances, a hint of pepper, fairly persistent, medium-fine mousse, fairly firm tannins, good to very good, again sweet and sour finish with yeasty and nutty traces.
