2008 Colli Altotiberini DOC Paliotto, Umbria, Italy

Preserved and dried mixed berries on the nose, cherries and plums, hint of chocolate. Juicy, slightly tart fruit on the palate, sweetish and creamy, oak and a hint of chocolate, medium-fine tannins, fairly persistent, slightly open style, not particularly deep, attractive to good finish.
