Cool, fairly firm nose, vegetal and grassy notes, yellow and green fruit, gooseberries, green bell peppers, elderberries and stinging nettles. Clear, polished, dry, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty and yeasty notes, prominent vegetal notes, persistent, has substance, full-bodied, very elegant acidity provides bite, herbaceous traces, some more bell peppers and stinging nettle, mineral notes in the background, light grip, some depth, very harmonious, fairly firm and juicy on a very good finish.
