2001 Oro del Pian Marnino, Tessin/Ticino, Switzerland

Slightly tart cherry nose with some chocolate notes, vegetal notes. Well integrated, very slightly dusty tannins on the palate, quite subdued fruit with moderate spice, fairly light-bodied style, again some vegetal notes, but pleasant to drink, moderate roasted aromas, slightly astringent, otherwiese attractive finish.
