Translate to English Herber, deutlich pflanzlicher und etwas hefiger Duft mit hellen, leicht säuerlichen gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie erdigen und kreidigen Tönen. Herb und recht fest im Mund, zurückhaltende Frucht, präsente Säure und leichter Gerbstoff, deutlich hefige Töne, kreidig und salzig am Gaumen, moderate Kohlensäure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, auch im guten Abgang ziemlich herb.
