Slightly astringent, slightly dried vegetal, earthy, herbaceous notes with black berry aromas, dark tobacco, light roasted and tobacco notes, lard and a trace of soup herbs. Very tart in the mouth, dark fruit with licorice notes, ammonia, some dark chocolate and roasted oak notes, enormous, slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, noticeable alcohol, animal notes, dark chocolate, not particularly deep, light acid bite, good to very good, strong alcohol and tannin-rich finish. Pretty rustic style.
