Translate to English Leicht fleischiger bis speckiger, etwas kräuteriger und gewürziger Duft nach teils eingemachten schwarzen Beeren mit an Wurzelgemüse erinnernden Noten. Eher herbe Frucht im Mund, wieder fleischig bis speckig und ein wenig gemüsig, feinsandiges Tannin und etwas Biss, holzige und kakaowürzige Noten, leichter Biss, wärmender Alkohol, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig rustikaler Stil, guter, herber Abgang.
