2010 Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC Pigato, Liguria, Italy

Tart vegetal nose with light grassy and delicate herbaceous notes, hint of pomaceous fruit and some lemon. Clear and bone dry on the palate, elegant spicy vegetal notes more prominent than fruit, very elegant acidity, delicately creamy, fairly persistent, mineral and nutty traces, quite a good finish. Excellent, versatile partner with seefood, probably close to perfect with swuid in many variations.
