Delicately nutty and hint of vegetal, also slightly yeasty pomaceous fruit with delicate melon and herbaceous notes and some mineral notes in the background. Ripe, dry, juicy fruit with herbaceous-vegetal, nutty and yeasty aromas, delicate smoky notes on the palate, a hint of bacon, very fine, quite lively acidity, slightly tannic touch, good substance, mineral notes in the background, fairly creamy, hint of butter , good to very good finish.
